On October 11, 2023, within the framework of the visit and work in Japan, Minister Nguyen Kim Son and the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training had a meeting and exchange with Mr. Moriyama Masahito – Minister of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan. Mr. Nguyen Vo Huyen Duong – CEO of N&V Bridge Group was honored to participate in the meeting.
Sharing his joy of visiting Japan and meeting with the Minister of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan, Mr. Moriyama Masahito, at the time when Mr. Moriyama just assumed his position, Minister Nguyen Kim Son wished Mr. Moriyama Masahito would excellently complete his mission. The Minister also expressed confidence that in the coming time, Mr. Moriyama Masahito will contribute significantly to promoting the friendly relationship between the two countries.
Gladly welcoming Minister Nguyen Kim Son and the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training to visit and work in Japan, Minister Moriyama Masahito affirmed that Vietnam is a strategic partner of Japan in the Asia-Pacific region; in the field of education and training, Japan and Vietnam also have many effective exchange and cooperation activities.
Appreciating the cooperation results between the two countries over time, such as student exchanges and the Vietnam-Japan University project, both ministers expressed the need for more efforts to strengthen the cooperative relationship, not just stopping at higher education as currently but expanding to general education.
Minister Nguyen Kim Son also extended a cordial invitation to the Minister of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan to visit Vietnam to have the opportunity to learn, exchange, and strengthen cooperation. Minister Moriyama Masahito happily accepted.
Witnessed by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan, the Ministry of Education and Training and the Mizuno Group of Japan signed a memorandum of understanding on implementing a cooperation program to enhance the quality of physical education activities in primary schools in Vietnam. Previously, on 27/07/2023, representatives of the Mizuno Group and N&V Bridge Group had visited and worked with Minister Nguyen Kim Son in Vietnam.
Earlier, Minister Nguyen Kim Son and the GDĐT delegation visited Nadeshiko Elementary School. There, the Minister toured the Japanese-style classroom model, subject classrooms, library, and chatted with students and teachers of the school.
