N&V Bridge connects and organizes the signing ceremony of MOU contract of Phu Thai Group

After the process of understanding and negotiating, on December 18, 2017, N&V Bridge Joint Stock Company, in the role of the exclusive consultant for the Japanese construction business delegation, held a ceremony to sign a memorandum of understanding.

The cooperation between OZAWA DOBOKU Joint Stock Company and the representative is Mr. OZAWA TOMOHISA – General Director and HASHIMOTOGUMI Joint Stock Company led by General Director – Mr. HASHIMOTO KAZUNORI and PHU THAI HOLDINGS Co., Ltd with the representative as Chairman of the Board member – Mr. Pham Dinh Doan. Phu Thai Holdings is a leading multi-industry corporation in Vietnam operating widely across the country, with more than 30 affiliated units including member companies, distribution centers and logistics centers in Vietnam.

In particular, a member company of Phu Thai Holdings, Phu Thai CAT is a joint venture unit and exclusive distributor of products of Caterpillar Group, a famous global brand. Meanwhile, OZAWA DOBOKU Joint Stock Company and HASHIMOTOGUMI Joint Stock Company are enterprises with a long history of establishment and development in Japan and are using the most advanced machinery and technology in the field of packaging. Along with the common development orientation, the 3 parties have agreed to hold a ceremony to sign a memorandum of cooperation demonstrating the criteria for cooperation in development in the field of import and distribution of machinery and technology.

With the signing of this memorandum of cooperation, the parties hope to jointly create new breakthroughs in construction technology as well as distribute and bring to the Vietnamese construction market products. and GIKEN brand static pile driving solutions, in order to improve construction safety and save construction time, as well as to perform in environments where construction conditions are not guaranteed.
