With over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic management consulting, organizational development, and executive leadership training across key markets including South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam, Mr. Sejin Jang is an international expert with a profound vision and exceptional operational capabilities.

Extensive Management & Strategic Consulting Experience: He has served as CEO and Strategic Partner at major consulting organizations in the region, such as In Search of Excellence (Singapore), SJ & Company, Precena Strategic Partners Korea, and HR Institute Korea. He possesses deep expertise in advising CEOs, conglomerates, and public organizations on strategy execution and organizational transformation.

Advanced Academic Background: He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior at The Catholic University of Korea, and holds a Master’s degree in International Economics & Business Administration from Kyushu University (Japan).

A Cultural & Educational Bridge between Vietnam and South Korea: Possessing a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, particularly Vietnam, he has served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Da Nang and is currently an Honorary Professor (adjunct) at the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.

Accomplished Author & Reputable Expert: He is the author of the specialized business book “Thinking Tools Cheat Key for Successful Business” (2021), alongside numerous translated and edited publications on consulting skills, strategic scenario planning, and business presentations.
