After a period of understanding and discussing the need for cooperation between the parties through the effective connection of N&V Bridge Company, on the afternoon of July 27, 2022, the University of Industrial Fine Arts solemnly held a ceremony signed a cooperation agreement between three parties: University of Industrial Fine Arts – Kadokawa Joint Stock Company (Japan) and N&V Bridge Co., Ltd. Chime Co., Ltd. and PAO Co., Ltd. act as supporting units.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the partner side, there were the presence of: Mr. Masayuki Aoyagi – Publication Director – Kadokawa Joint Stock Company; Mr. Katsuji Koshiya – Representative of PAO Co., Ltd; Mr. Yoshiyuki Matsumoto – Representative of Chime Co., Ltd; Mr. Nguyen Vo Huyen Duong – General Director of N&V Bridge Co., Ltd; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen – Head of Translation Department of N&V Bridge Co., Ltd. On the side of the University of Industrial Fine Arts, there were the presence of: MSc.NCS Bui Trung Dung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Pham Hung Cuong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the school; Dr. Tran Ba Tang – Vice Rector of the school; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Mai Anh – Head of Graduate School; Dr. Hunan – In charge of Scientific Management Department; Ms. Nguyen Kim Thanh – Deputy Head of Planning Department.

Contents of the signing minutes include agreements related to the organization of the creative competition in Vietnam. Dr. Pham Hung Cuong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University on behalf of the University of Industrial Fine Arts and related parties signed the agreement. This agreement is the initial legal basis for the parties to coordinate and organize a contest of creative works for students of the University of Industrial Fine Arts as well as students across the country.

It can be said that organizing this contest is an important cooperation event in a series of events towards the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan relations in 2023, and opens more opportunities for effective training cooperation between the institutions.
