After a period of quick and effective exchange and negotiation, on July 4, 2019, at N&V Bridge, the principle contract signing ceremony between Mr. Nguyen Vo Huyen Duong – Chairman and General Director of Public N&V Bridge Co., Ltd. and Mr. Kumagai Masanori – General Director of Keibi Safety Guard Co., Ltd were successful.
