Enhancing Food Safety Through Modern Preservation Technology

As Vietnam’s food industry faces increasingly strict requirements on quality and safety, innovative preservation solutions play a vital role in extending product shelf life and protecting consumer health—without altering the original texture and flavor.

Freund Corporation, with decades of experience in Japan’s food technology sector, shared a range of non-harmful, globally certified preservation solutions widely applied in Japanese food production. These technologies prioritize consumer safety while maintaining the natural characteristics of traditional products.

On-site Factory Visit and Technical Exchange

The Freund delegation also visited Bao Minh’s production facilities to directly observe the production processes and product characteristics across various confectionery lines.
This on-site exchange allowed Freund to gain a deeper, more accurate understanding of the unique attributes of Vietnamese traditional confections—where balance between safety and authentic flavor is essential.

This practical assessment will enable Freund to design tailor-made preservation solutions that respect traditional identity while meeting international safety standards.

N&V Bridge Group – A Strategic Connector in Vietnam–Japan Collaboration

Acting as the strategic facilitator, N&V Bridge Group not only connected the participating companies but also contributed to shaping the direction of the collaboration.
With extensive experience in implementing international cooperation programs, N&V Bridge Group plays a pivotal role in building long-term strategies, fostering technological and cultural exchange, and creating a foundation for sustainable Vietnam–Japan partnerships.

Toward a Sustainable and High-Quality Vietnamese Food Industry

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed that Freund will develop specialized preservation solutions for each product line of Bao Minh. This opens the door to effectively applying Japanese technology to Vietnamese traditional confectionery production in a sustainable and impactful manner.

The combination of Japanese technological expertise, Vietnamese traditional craftsmanship, and the strategic bridging role of N&V Bridge Group is expected to deliver safe, high-quality products that meet the expectations of modern consumers.
This cooperation lays an important foundation for elevating the standards of Vietnam’s food industry and expanding its presence in broader, more professional markets in the future.
